Zinc (from Zinc Citrate Dihydrate)	7 mg
Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3)	7 mg
Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate Monohydrate	4.7 mg

Biotin	750 micrograms
Iodine (from Potassium Iodide)	25 micrograms

Excipients: Leucine, Hypromellose (Capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT from Coconut), Acacia, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.
Warnings: If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

A potent source of Silica, which is an integral component of strong connective tissues in the body.

Cysteine
