Dosage

Directions for use: Adults take 1ml (2 pumps) by mouth per day as required.

ImL (approx. 2 pumps) contains:
Colecalciferol	25 micrograms
equiv. Vitamin D3	1000 IU
Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2 MK7)	40 micrograms
